We carefully match the right venue to each specific event ensuring the foundations are right to build on for success.

We will present you with venues suitable to your event’s requirements, including photos, floorplans and a detailed venue description so you can understand how your event will fit.

We will also provide you with detailed cost comparisons so that you can ascertain how the venues fit into your budget and compare each venue like for like.

Should you wish, we can arrange for you to site inspect the properties, or alternatively we can undertake site inspections for you to further assess their suitability for your event.

We will subsequently undertake detailed cost negotiations with your chosen venue to negotiate the very best possible deal before thoroughly reviewing their contract and once happy with it, will forward it for your sign off.
