Registration Deadline:

Early Bird Registration Fee	$230 (inclusive of GST) closes on 8th May 2009
Registrations received from 9th May 2009	$250 (inclusive of GST)
Registrations Close 20th May 2009	Registrations received after this date will incur a $25 late registration fee
Your registration fee includes the plenary session, three workshops, lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshments.

Cancellations:

Cancellations received in writing to registrations@catalystevents.com.au prior to, or on 12th May 2009 will receive a full refund of the registration fee, less $25 for administration charges.

Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations received after 12th May 2009.
