Venue

Once we have taken a detailed brief from you we will secure the perfect venue for your Event.  We will provide you with a short list of available venue choices ? including budget comparisons, photos, floor plans and destination information - so that you can compare 'apples with apples'.

Once you have chosen your preferred venue, we then use our buying power and superior negotiation skills to secure you the very best deal ? and we return all savings achieved to you.

Creative

We can handle everything from concept design; set and stage; visual mediums (banners, signage etc); table decorations; lighting and entertainment - to writing copy; printing and distribution of your invitations.

We will work with you to develop a concept or theme and then weave it through your entire Event.  We will assess and manage all suppliers.

Event Registration

Managing your registrations via mail, fax, email or on-line - our registration services can range from simply checking your guests off at the door to full, secure, on-line registration facilities. 

Travel & Accommodation

From the minute your guests leave home, to the minute they arrive back home again ? we can book everything from chauffeur driven cars, to group coach transfers, to meet and greet services - we will ensure your guests arrive on time and in style.  

We can also attend to every aspect of their accommodation needs.

We work with a network of experienced and trusted suppliers in every country to use lighting, audio, audiovisual, set, staging, fireworks and other special effects in amazing ways to make your event exciting and impactful. 

Where possible, we will use local or on site suppliers to minimise additional travel costs to you and maximise return on your investment.

On Site

Why not let us manage your entire Event on site ? allowing you to relax and network with your guests in the knowledge that everything is being taken care of?

Additionally, staff can be provided to man your on site hospitality / registration desk - providing all elements of assistance to guests, such as : registration, dispensing delegate information, organising programs and optional tours, secretarial assistance, amendments to travel arrangements and making local reservations and bookings.

Activities

We specialise in activities that encourage participants to experience the destination, unite as a Team and most of all have fun! 

The activities can take place out and about or on-site at your hotel.  From an enjoyable diversion to the business session to a specifically tailored activity to complement the conference theme or objective - we will customise a unique activity to achieve your desired outcome.

We can also create and design outstanding social, partner and tour activities.

Financial Management

We use proprietary software to track budget and costs on an ongoing basis and can provide regular Management Reporting.

We thoroughly vet and reconcile all supplier invoices prior to final payment. At the end of the event, we will supply a full and final reconciled budget report.

Food & Beverage

From a fun and intimate gourmet BBQ to a fine dining experience... complimented by the perfect wine or cocktail ? we will tailor make the perfect food and beverage combination for your Event.

Entertainment

Through our network of trusted suppliers, we can source and match the best entertainment for your Event ? be it an MC, speakers, musicians, comedians, actors and more.

Video & Photography

Capture every moment of your Event with professional, high resolution, digital photos. These can be loaded onto a web page providing an on-line album for viewing and downloading after the Event.  A photo can be chosen and beautifully framed as a take home memento for each of your Guests.

We can also arrange to shoot all the action of your Event with professional, digital videography. The material can be edited on site to specially selected music, which compliments your theme. The DVD can be played back to the group at the end of the conference, and subsequently supplied to each guest as a keepsake.
